Two supportive, practical workshops designed specifically for carers to help you speak up with confidence. You will learn how to communicate your needs clearly without guilt. Gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence you deserve to ensure both you and the person you care for are fully supported.
Delivered by two very experienced facilitators Candy Squire-Watt and Alex Beaumont, this short programme, of two friendly and informal workshops will cover; Confidence and Self-Care,
Self- Advocacy and overcoming the fear of conflict.

The group is for carers, however some carers do bring along the people they care for.
It is a great chance to meet new people, have a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, have a chat and were here to support you with anything you may need.
The group is free, although we do accept donations and any are greatly appreciated.
