All offices will be closed from 1pm on Christmas Eve until 8.30am on Friday 2nd January, however, all our services can be accessed by phone on our usual working days, excluding Bank Holidays throughout the Christmas period.
For all our trips, activities and clubs, we need consent forms from a parent or guardian. These are crucial as they enable us to keep the young carers safe while in our care. Young carers will not be allowed to attend trips, activities and clubs without a completed consent form.
