We hold events and regular groups especially for parent carers, including a You Are Not Alone group for parents whose children display behaviours that are challenging. You can also join in any of the groups for all kinds of carers that you might be interested in. See the calendar below for details.
Description
At more than 100 metres long and up to 30 metres high, it is one of the largest caverns in Britain. The young carers have the opportunity to respite from their caring role and responsibilities.

The group is for carers, however some carers do bring along the people they care for.
It is a great chance to meet new people, have a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, have a chat and were here to support you with anything you may need.
The group is free, although we do accept donations and any are greatly appreciated.
