October half term activity for YAC aged young carers (15+), at Painting Pots Knaresborough. Please contact Stef on sfrazer@carersresource.org if you would like to book your young carer a place. 

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.

Meet other carers and enjoy a gentle stroll around Peel Park. 

We will meet at the Cliffe Road entrance where we will begin our walk around the level surface paths of the park which has plenty of seating.
