The group is for carers, however some carers do bring along the people they care for.

It is a great chance to meet new people, have a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, have a chat and were here to support you with anything you may need.

The group is free, although we do accept donations and any are greatly appreciated.

We are offering carers a free 30 minute therapy treatment at St Wilfred's Community Centre, Ripon. You can choose between a back, neck and shoulder massage, reflexology, reiki or a mini Indian head massage.
