A group for all parent carers with children who have additional needs, for example; learning, physical, behavioural, emotional, mental health.

Whatever their age, diagnosed or undiagnosed, our group could be for you.

This group will be a chance to meet other parent carers, benefit from peer support, supporting eachother, asking questions and taking some time out and have a brew.

Featuring occasional guest speakers and other professionals.

Join our Lister Park fortnightly stroll and meet other carers.  Enjoy the fresh air, conversation and make new friends.

We end the stroll with a cuppa at the Cartwright Hall Cafe (optional)
