In the reset session we can explore:

1. how daily self care can improve our physical and mental health.

2. how  breathing efficiently and moving effectively can  improve function.

This, feel good session will empower you to focus on simple techniques to take into every day life whilst giving you  space to explore what feels good to you.

Think of it as a reset day surrounded by calm and delicate natural aromas.

So invest in yourself and get ready to reset and  recharge yourself.

Join us for a relaxed morning of chat and creativity! Everyone’s welcome, whatever your ability or experience.

We meet on the first Friday of each month, 10am–12noon, at the Manningham Wellbeing Hub, Equality Together, Lilycroft Road, Bradford, BD9 5BD.

All craft materials and refreshments are provided.

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.
