This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.

A Drop-In for Young Carers aged 11+ to come along and have a bit of time out, chat with other Young Carers and your Young Carer worker.
