Young carers stranded by floods!

Twelve of our young carers aged 11-16 had to sleep on the dining room floor of a semi-flooded youth hostel after being stranded by floods yesterday. The young people and two young carer workers were on an outing to Marrick Priory outdoor centre when they cut the trip short due…

Well done to nine carers we work with across West Yorkshire and Harrogate who we nominated for a High Sheriff award for going above and beyond.
