Contact Team Officer
Based in Harrogate or Shipley
22.5 hours
£23,586 – £23,718
(Salary scale quoted for 37 hours per week).
New post holders start at the bottom of the scale
We are seeking someone with excellent office skills to join our Contact Team (registration, information and advice). The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high standard of telephone work, keyboard skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Word and Excel.
Candidates should have good communication, telephone, reception and data input skills, be flexible and have a positive caring attitude.
