The NHS Yorkshire and Humber Dental Commissioning team is running a short survey to better understand people’s experiences with NHS urgent dental care. Your feedback will help improve quality and access to dental services across the Yorkshire and Humber region. All responses submitted will be anonymous.
Who?
Anyone who is using or not using dental services in West Yorkshire which includes Bradford District, Craven, Calderdale, Leeds, Kirklees and Wakefield District.
