Have a smartphone, laptop or tablet gathering dust because you are not sure how to work it? Perhaps you have been handed down a device or have had to take over managing online accounts for someone you are caring for - we can help you with that too.

Supporting Health & Wellbeing: Get help navigating apps related to NHS and GP services. Discover online resources to support your physical and mental wellbeing.

Support your children online: Struggling with your children’s school apps, Parent Pay or setting up parental controls on gaming apps? - We are here to help.

Keep in contact: Master social media to keep in contact with friends. Find support groups online and in your local area.

Take time out: Research your interests. Plan and book tickets, trips and events. Access online video, music and current affairs sites.

Financial Services: Get advice about online banking and financial advice services. Learn how to identify scams and stay safe online.
