Carers' Resource, in collaboration with Rockwell and Wrose Practice Digital Champions and the NHS Digital Inclusion Team, are running a workshop at Rockwell Community Centre, to support carers to sign-up for the NHS and Practice online apps and services.

Registering for online health services can save carers valuable time. Online services available to access include:

• Check your GP health records
• Order repeat prescriptions
• View and manage prescriptions
• Contact your GP about a health problem or medical advice
• Check for available GP appointments
• Review upcoming and past appointments
• View replies to GP requests relating health problems, fit notes and other documents and letters
• View care plans
• Find NHS services near you
• Check if you need urgent medical help using 111 online
• Request an emergency repeat prescription using 111 online
• Browse NHS health information
• Browse NHS medicines information

Confused by the different health care apps and online services - Patchs, Patient Knows Best, SystmOnline, Airmid? Our team will be on hand to explain what the different services offer and if they are applicable to you.

We ask that you contact us to book onto this workshop so that we can advise you about anything you may need to dring along in order to register for online services.

There is free onsite parking and refreshments will be provided.

As online services differ between medical practices, this workshop is aimed at patients of 5 Lane Primary Care Network. If you are registered with a different practice and would like support using their online services, ask your surgery if they would like us to provide a workshop at their practice, or contact us to register your interest.
