The group is for carers, however some carers do bring along the people they care for.

It is a great chance to meet new people, have a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, have a chat and were here to support you with anything you may need.

The group is free, although we do accept donations and any are greatly appreciated.

After school club at Newby Primary School. Games, craft activities. 

Meet other carers and enjoy a walk around beautiful Harold Park.   Carers often finish the walk with a cuppa at the park cafe (optional). Contact emcalonan@carersresource.org for more details or to receive reminders for this.

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.
