Meet other carers and enjoy a gentle stroll around Peel Park. 

We will meet at the Cliffe Road entrance where we will begin our walk around the level surface paths of the park which has plenty of seating.

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon exploring a range of crafts and
materials. Led by a volunteer, it’s the perfect opportunity
to chat, create and unwind with other carers.
