North Yorkshire Carers’ Forum survey

Last changed: Friday 4 September, 2015

North Yorkshire Carers’ Forum want to find out what carers think about how they are involved when adult social care (North Yorkshire County Council health and adult services) develops or checks its services for carers and cared-for people.

This survey is aimed at:

• Unpaid family and friend carers who are caring for a person living in North Yorkshire (but not necessarily supported by adult social care); and
• voluntary and community groups that support carers.

The North Yorkshire carers’ forum was established in 2011 and is the main way the council involves carers in talking together about service development and improvement. Your feedback will be used to help the council – working with the North Yorkshire carers’ forum – review how it involves carers, and make sure this is working well for both carers and the council.

If you are a carer in North Yorkshire complete the survey here.
