Come along to meet and chat with other carers over a cuppa in the Community Room. The person you care for is welcome to attend, to join in the whole group chat. Please be aware, you will still need to be available to give attention to your cared-for as needed.

Six Sessions with Talking Therapies ( Bradford Foundation Trust).for carers. 
Sessions will cover , stress management, low mood, depression, carers well being.   Sessions to take place in Open space at the Shipley office.

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.

Meet other carers and enjoy a gentle stroll around Peel Park. 

We will meet at the Cliffe Road entrance where we will begin our walk around the level surface paths of the park which has plenty of seating.
