A group for family and friends supporting someone over 16 with mental health problems.
When: 2nd Friday of every month, 10am -12noon

The group is for carers, however some carers do bring along the people they care for.
It is a great chance to meet new people, have a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, have a chat and were here to support you with anything you may need.
The group is free, although we do accept donations and any are greatly appreciated.
