Since the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday we have been making arrangements to change the way we deliver our services.
We will continue to provide a service but it will be different.
Our offices will be closed to the public but staff will be on hand to deal with phone calls and electronic enquiries.
We anticipate that many people will be self isolating and not want direct contact with other people, therefore our service will be phone or electronically based. However some of our services such as Care@ will continue ensuring that people are safe in their homes and will visit. Unpaid carers who request a visit will be considered on a case by case basis but this service will be limited.
As this crisis continues so will the pressure on carers and families and we want to urge you to contact us for information, advice or general support at any time. Any messages left will be responded to as soon as possible.
We may not be able to solve your problem ourselves but we will do our best to find someone who can.
