Bradford District carers’ experience survey – REMINDERLast changed: Monday 25 November, 2019

A reminder that any Bradford District-based carers should complete Bradford Council’s carers’ experience survey and help influence the development adult social care services to make sure they take carers into account.

Complete the survey online: Carers Experience Survey

Bradford Council provides a range of services, either through the Council itself or via organisations which it commissions services from for adults needing social care. While much of this support is aimed primarily at the person being cared for, the experience of receiving these services impacts equally on the cared for person and their carer.

To assess carers’ experience of Adult Social Care services we are asking carers to complete a short survey telling us whether the services they received are helping them in their caring role and their life outside of caring.

It should take no more than five minutes to complete the survey.

If you would prefer to complete a paper version of the survey please contact the Commissioning Team on 01274 434500 and ask for a Carers’ Experience Survey form.
