We told you last week some of our staff attended Age UK’s conference in Bradford. The Complex Care Team was featured on the day and we’re proud to support carers in our role within this team, working alongside our partners Age UK Bradford and District, Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, Bradford District Care Trust, Yordales Health and Bradford Council.
