Carers’ Resource and the Harrogate & District Branch of Parkinson’s UK offer free respite sessions providing professional care for people with Parkinson’s and their carers.
Enjoy chat and activities with others affected by Parkinson’s, and the opportunity to talk to a Carers’ Resource locality support worker.

Meet other carers and enjoy a gentle stroll around Peel Park.
We will meet at the Cliffe Road entrance where we will begin our walk around the level surface paths of the park which has plenty of seating.
