Wellbeing workshops – Balancing Roles, Achieving Goals

This free four-week course helps carers to focus on their wellbeing and encourages people to feel good about themselves. Carers who attend will look at a range of stress-busting techniques, practise assertiveness exercises and analyse their own and other people’s thinking styles and personality types. They also have a chance to try out a number of different relaxation exercises. Please book.
