Meet other carers and enjoy a walk around Harold Park.   We finish the walk with a cuppa at the park cafe.

The group is for carers, however some carers do bring along the people they care for.

It is a great chance to meet new people, have a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, have a chat and were here to support you with anything you may need.

The group is free, although we do accept donations and any are greatly appreciated.

Join our Lister Park fortnightly stroll and meet other carers.  Enjoy the fresh air, conversation and make new friends.

We end the stroll with a cuppa at the Cartwright Hall Cafe (optional)

We meet inside the top entrance of the park, off the car park on Spring Gardens Lane and call for refreshments at the park cafe at the end of the walk.
