We end the stroll with a cuppa at the Cartwright Hall Cafe (optional)

Group for parent carers of young adults (18+) with autism. 
Carers only.
 No charges, people buy their own tea or coffee from the hotel bar, which is cashless.

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.

An informal meeting for Carers to get together share their experiences and receive support. 

No Charge, but pay for own drink

Booking not essential, but if we know you are coming we can look out for you, to make you welcome.
