Join our Lister Park fortnightly stroll and meet other carers.  Enjoy the fresh air, conversation and make new friends.

We end the stroll with a cuppa at the Cartwright Hall Cafe (optional)

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.

A group for Primary School aged young carers in and around the Harrogate area.

Digital Inclusion course for beginners 
Every Monday (over 4 weeks). 
The course will cover: 
Device basics, safety online and App stores
Email, Webforms and file transfers
Digital health and connecting through video calls
Media Discovery and Care Apps
