An after school group for Young Carers in the Selby District aged 11-16 years to come along and have some time for themselves and to meet other Young Carers.

Join our Lister Park fortnightly stroll and meet other carers.  Enjoy the fresh air, conversation and make new friends.

We end the stroll with a cuppa at the Cartwright Hall Cafe (optional)

This isn't a "group" session but an open session for carers who would like to visit the carers centre for some time out, a brew, a chat or to pick up information.  There is always a volunteer on hand to welcome you,  make a brew and have a chat.  The sessions are supported by Carers' Resource support workers who are on hand in case there is a need for more "practical" support or information.
