Caring for a loved one is incredibly rewarding, but we also know it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Taking a little time for yourself is so important, which is why we’d love to invite you to a bespoke free TEWV mindfulness Session.
Run in partnership with the NHS (Tees, Esk, and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust), this free taster session is specifically designed for carers of individuals with mental health issues or learning disabilities.
Mindfulness is a brilliant, practical tool that can help you manage stress and worry, find balance, stay focused and simply be a bit kinder to yourself.
We are running two sessions in July, so you can choose the one most convenient to you.
