What is a sound bath
A sound bath is a meditative wellness experience in which participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and drums. During this sound bath, you will lie comfortably on an air bed or mat while Sisters of Sound take you through a guided meditation before playing the instruments in a slow and immersive way. The sustained tones and vibrations are intended to promote deep relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of emotional or physical balance.

The group is for carers, however some carers do bring along the people they care for.
