Our groups provide an opportunity for carers to get out and about, meet other carers, make friends and find peer support from people in similar situations.

We are offering carers a free 30 minute therapy treatment at Carers' resource Shipley. You can choose between a back, neck and shoulder massage, reflexology, reiki or a mini Indian head massage.
