Carers’ Resource is delighted to be able to advertise this new role to support young carers.

You will be joining our experienced team working with young carers in small groups and one to one. You will have experience of working with young people and leading activities. You will be expected to work some evenings and occasional weekends, in community locations, schools and with carers’ families.
