We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our management team at our award-winning charity, as our Lead Service Delivery and Performance Manager.  

Carers’ Resource exists to make a positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers and other people in need of our support. We deliver high quality services to over 9,000 individual carers and other service users per annum.

You will be responsible for line managing our service managers in Bradford, Keighley & Shipley and North Yorkshire along with being the operational safeguarding lead for the organisation.

This is a full-time role – 37 hours per week.

Based in our Skipton office with regular working in our Shipley office

Salary is £32,076 – £34,684

You will be:

• Educated to degree standard which is relevant to Health & social care and a Management. training/qualification or with significant experience which negates the need for the above qualifications.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience of developing and delivering high performing services across a wide geography.
• Successful in sourcing funding to develop and Implement new projects.
• Experienced in successfully managing sub contacts with local delivery partners.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage and resolve day to day operational issues.
• Able to work flexibly, outside of hours where necessary and travel as required.
