Carers’ Resource is a successful and growing charity, which provides essential support to thousands of unpaid carers across Bradford, Harrogate, Selby and Craven districts.

We are seeking someone with excellent office skills to join our Contact Team (registration, information and advice).

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high standard of telephone work, keyboard skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.

Candidates should have good communication, telephone, reception and data input skills, be flexible and have a positive caring attitude.
