Our successful short break/befriending service, Carers’ Time Off, is delivered by volunteers and is already a success in the district.
The Project Coordinator manages the service – ensuring that all carers and their loved ones are assessed and then supported in having some regular time off.
The successful candidate will match volunteers with carers and clients and agree a plan of support. The successful candidate will need to recruit, replenish, induct and support new and existing volunteers.
