Hours: 30  hours per week, days to be agreed

Make a Difference: You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality care by supporting our Registered Manager with team supervision, auditing Medication Administration Records, updating client databases, and mentoring support workers. Responsibilities:

Facilitate team supervisions and monthly meetings
Audit Medication Administration Records
Update client databases
Mentor and support care staff in all aspects of care
Cover sickness and holiday shifts as needed
Participate in the on-call rota
