The post holder will support the Registered Manager by facilitating rostering, completing assessments, co-producing care support plans, reviewing service delivery, overseeing work based observations, competencies, spot checks, updating and checking Medication Administration Records and updating the customer database. Mentoring, supervising and supporting support workers in all aspects of care and assisting with the cover of sickness and holiday calls.
