We are looking for a driven individual to develop and deliver our digital inclusion project. Working out in the community, you will make links with other community organisations, promote the service, plan and deliver courses, and conduct home visits to help vulnerable individuals get online. You will be a great problem solver and able to use your initiative to make getting online more accessible for our clients.

You will be confident in working flexibly and independently in the community, with an understanding of the issues faced by those who are digitally excluded.

  • Experience running groups in the community
  • Experience in supporting people in their own homes
  • Good knowledge of IT such as tablets, phones, laptops etc.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Great organisational skills and ability to manage own diary

Salary scale quoted for 37 hours per week.
New appointments are normally made to the bottom of the scale.
