Carers’ Resource is a successful and growing charity, which provides essential support to thousands of unpaid carers across Bradford, Harrogate, Selby and Craven districts. We are delighted to be able to advertise this role and are seeking a Business Process Team Officer.

We are seeking someone with excellent telephone and office skills to join our Business Processes Team.

As well as talking directly to carers on the telephone the successful candidate will also offer professional support to managers on all business processes in the organisation. In order to do this they will need a high standard of telephone work, keyboard skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Word and Excel.

Candidates should have good communication, telephone, reception and data input skills, be flexible and have a positive caring attitude.
