Support us

We are always looking for more help – whether from businesses, people in caring professions or individuals – both to support our services financially and to ensure that we are reaching the people who need us most.

donations and contributions
There are many ways you could help support our work. It’s often the small things that make a big difference. You could make a donation, leave a gift in your will, organise a fundraising event for us, donate in lieu of gifts (e.g. wedding anniversaries, birthdays or funeral flowers) or shop online through www.buy.at/carersresource to produce an automatic donation from hundreds of retailers. To make a donation through our Paypal secure site, please click the button below.

Alternatively, you can print off the form by clicking here and make your donation worth even more with Giftaid and send it to The Carers’ Resource, 11 North Park Road, Harrogate HG1 5PD. Please make cheques payable to the Carers’ Resource.

Business Support
Your business can also support the Carers’ Resource. You could make us your Charity of the Year, set up payroll giving or corporate sponsorship, organise an event for us or offer your professional services in kind. We would be happy to acknowledge and promote your support through the local media and our newsletter distributed to thousands of local people.

Become a Friend of the Carers’ Resource
Either as an individual or a business, a regular monthly or annual gift is the ideal way to support our work with local carers. In return, we will let you know how your money is being spent and keep you in touch through our regular newsletter, Choices.

Volunteer with the Carers’ Resource
the Carers’ Resource has a growing team of dedicated volunteers who provide support in a variety of ways, from helping our admin teams in our offices to befriending isolated carers. To find out how you can donate the gift of your time, click here.

For further details on ways in which you could help, please contact us or fill in our online enquiry form.
