 34 professionals attended the Market Place event from a wide range of organisations in West Yorkshire. 

Presentations were delivered on 5 YHIP funded projects:

Carer Pathways in End of Life Care – Carers’ Resource,  Cygnet Project – Barnardos,  Carer Friendly Employer Charter Mark Project – EAS,  Training for Carers & Key Workers - Calderdale Carers Project,  Meri Yaadain Carer’s Programme - Meri Yaadain and delegates were given the opportunity for networking and round table discussions on the presentations.
