The Yorkshire Times is a rapidly growing online newspaper for Yorkshire, covering everything from Yorkshire news and events, business, science, sports and cars to the arts, lifestyle, family , food and jobs.
How many staff do you employ?
5, with 65 (and growing) freelance writers.
What prompted you to support Carers’ Resource?
Our Editor, Angela Boddy, chose to support the charity which had proved an enormous support to her own family over several years whilst caring for a family member with dementia.
How long have you supported the Carers’ Resource and in what way do you give support?
1 year. We advertise Carers’ Resource on every page we show (approx. 100,000 a month). We also attend and report on fundraising and profile raising events as well as featuring articles about the Carers’ Resource in The Yorkshire Times throughout the year.
